Tools of Directionality include simple, age-appropriate assessments to help children, teens, and adults to better understand their temperament strengths and challenges; how to improve self-awareness and relationships; how to learn and grow best; and how to build confidence and communication.
Hard copy assessments are available for Elementary, ages 9-11; Middle School, ages 12-14;
and High School and Adults.
These tools can be used at home, at school, or in group settings.

A reliability study showed Directionality consistently and accurately measured communication styles and validated previous research on personality/temperament.
